- Timberset’s thermal wall system (minimum R2.7), comprising 45mm thick interlocking structural walls, exposing the natural beauty of timber internally, and finished externally in a choice of weatherboard claddings: Stratum Contour (up to BAL 40) OR Weathertex Selflok (up to BAL 29)
- Ceiling insulation (minimum R3.5)
- Insulated Sub-floor constructed of concrete stumps, LVL bearers and I joists (minimum R2)
- Colorbond roofing and guttering
- V groove ceiling linings, Easycraft MDF to flat ceilings, and Primed lining boards to exposed areas
- Powder coated aluminium windows and sliding doors, including locks and flyscreens, doubled glazed in living areas

The only limitation to the look of your Timberset home is your imagination, with a long list of suitable finishes, including: Weathertex boards and panels, Colorbond profiles, Rustic stone and Rendered finishes, hardwood Shiplap and Composite panels.
Other aspects as your Classic Timberset home can be upgraded, including:
- Option to increase insulation for walls, ceiling and sub-floor for greater thermal performance
- Range of window upgrades available, including premium Miglas composite (timber and aluminium) double glazed windows
